Hello ladies, gentlemen, and creatures of the night. This was a bitch to draw, I hope you know that. It's also completely upside down--

ANYWAY! Eleven was introduced in journal 7 in Chapter 5. The ship may have sunk, but he's still waiting for you to get back into the sea to greet him like an old friend...

You know what is fun? Baby Ghost Jason. You know what could be even more fun? Ghosts are Dragons. 

Jason? Aware of none of this. 

He was on comms, y’know listening and rolling his eyes at Dickwing, who used his real name, really Dick, he mocks. It’s just a stakeout, nothing new there, honestly boring when he could be blowing something up instead. It should have just been a stakeout. 

Yet there’s something suddenly there, something behind him. Something that causes his hair to stand on end and his comms to spark into static like some sort of horror movie. Something, something with clawed hands with corpse-pale skin tipped in black, stained or dead or something else, tilting his head up and up and up as he’s frozen. 

“A child, out here? Alone?” a voice crackles, hisses, hums, and purrs, somehow all at once, unnatural in its tone. He can’t move, he needs to move, he has to move, but it’s like the space around him has gone cold and dead, like he’s stuck in the Pits once more as claws hold his head and his vision blurs. “Sleep, child. Rest- we’ll be home soon.”

Anyways who wants to hear the plot I came up with in the ten minutes I let you guys think I was going for the bad ending😁😁

Season 6:

We get more chaos, more focus on Macaque’s side of the story, probably get in the other two celestial monkeys

And the story all three of them share because they all have history with each other and a reason they let Wukong take the lead on representation while they just blended back into the shadows, they wanted to stay hidden and they let Wukong do whatever he wanted,,, Macaque just landed on FFM because of fate, because he heard he was supposed to be here (he was supposed to die here)

His powers, the chaos, the legacy, his soul is slowly crumbling, resurrection is not a stable magic, it never was supposed to be

And the return of his past is not helping at all

At some point he has to pass on his abilities to his eldest, his shadows, his essence, his time, and his soul shatters with it, taking him and his two youngest

The eldest son now had to protect one of the six ears most powerful abilities: time, an ability not even Heaven possessed

But the past wanted the six ears essence no matter what and they would do anything for it

The eldest daughter suffered at their hands because they thought the ability came from their ears, four ears was better than no ears

She died before help could arrive

Backed into a corner, the eldest son ran across time, trying to get away but no matter where he went they followed

Before they could have him, he turned himself into stone, cutting his life short and sealing the ability until the next six ears could be reborn

And that’s what I had lmaoo😁✌️

Celestial Scales - Umbranara [Eclipse]

[Fic Snippet] The creature looms over you like he’s sizing you up, long sharp rays decorate his head, slowly moving the way Sun’s do. They’re black as coal, tipped with a shiny, almost metallic gold, like daggers dipped in gold leaf. In fact, most of his body is similar in colour, abyssal zone black with accents of gold. He would be invisible to a diver. Each scale seems to glow golden as the sparse sun rays hit them like a chunk of pallasite meteorite in the light, the scales only interupted by scarring, the deepest and most prominent one being a ‘#01’ on his tail.

He is massive, 18ft at least, he looks almost alien. Large spiny dorsals and amber sclerites decorate his entire body, no part of him looks rounded or soft. His frilled shark-like gills stand out as a dull red, almost like ribbons.

A peculiar feature catches your attention - not too far beneath his arms is another pair, moving independently from the others as they hold your ankles in one, the top pair of arms at either side of your head. His claws are bony and sharp, digging into the sand inches from your face. His hands are so big they could probably hold both your ankles and both your wrists in one hand…

As you blink, the golden rings of his eyes seem to have almost burned into your retinas. Similar to Moon, his sclera are voids, but unlike the other two, he has two pupils, looking almost like cursed rings cast to the bottom of the lake for eternity. The smile upon his face is too human for comfort, although his lips are pulled upward in one corner. Similar to most of his body, his gums are grayish, the colour even seems to bleed into the tops of his teeth as if decayed.

“Umbranara…” You manage to squeak out.

Intro/basic premise of Scarlet scales

Y/n (a marine biologist) manages to get stranded on a remote island because of three oddly colored siren, while on this island, they discover a young mermaid that seems to be a hybrid of a crested mermaid and starry mermaid. As they pick up the young Mer, they notice a yellow crested mermaid, glaring at them. Unbeknownst to y/n, this is one of the young hybrid parents.

Eventually (after a few shenanigans of trying to keep the small hybrid safe and not get bitten by the crested mermaid), Y/n meets the young mer’s family & decides to name them Sun (the crested Mer), moon (a Starry Mer), eclipse (the older pup) & hallow (the younger pup).

Since eclipse & hallow are a something new within the animal kingdom, Y/N decides to do some field studying of the two pups while trying to contact someone to rescue them. Meanwhile, the two wary parents will leave eclipse and hollow with the clueless human so they can go hunting.

All the while, the 3 siren that caused Y/N to be stranded are consistently, trying to get the human and the pups to come into the water while sun and moon are out hunting, sometimes beaching themselves in an attempt to reach the three

I'm so excited to start off #mermay2024 with this lunar piece! Space mermaids have been living rent free in the back of my mind for several years now and with the 2024 felt like the perfect year to bring them to life!

the unfortunate thing abt the narwhals 4.2 appearances is that both in those kind of dynamic cutscenes and bossfights alike there are set limitations in terms of scale given the model kinda. Has to actively be there moving in game environments . and as huge (& beautiful 🥰) as the narwhal Is even within those (particular props to how the model dimensions warp and get way bigger during the swallowing animation kinda implying how big its Actually intended to be). its also just Not That Massive for a creature whose whose sheer size in lore is p much described as like. genuinely incomprehensible . that casually consumes entire worlds and hosts newborn ones within its stomach. Like its just a Bit tiny for what youd expect (but very cute and stunning!!! With lovely animations!! Dearest)

But that also makes the subject of its Actual In Lore Size very funny bc it lets you kinda. Forget about that aspect for a little bit and then you go back to the 4.1 scene like
